Aikido
  Finally after not doing aikido for 1 1/2 years i started again but at a different dojo. We did some of my favorite techniques today. Some locks, some throws. But seriously...I dunno why we cannot do high throws... I so noob also learned before... Quite alot of kids for the first 1hr so must be gentle. After that can simulate real movement and do all the chops and all Yay. Aikido so fun:) |
