How did i survive
One hour of getting thrown around and getting my hand twisted into weird shapes
Half an Hour of sitting in some super weird position
15 minutes of hamstring exercises which hurt like anything

But it was fun....

PS: my sensei super pro, threw this 90+kg guy without any effort
PS2: my sensei keep saying must learn to blend with the force, but more like blend with the floor>.<
PSP: I came home on a bus which had "Flexibility" on the window. Argh... I do feel rather flexible after getting twisted in weird ways
